Imperial Team: Join Our 2025/2026 Community Giving Campaign

As the holiday season approaches, we're reminded of the values that make Imperial special—our commitment to do right every day, continuously improve, and support our communities that have backed us for over 85 years.

That's why we continue our strong partnership with the United Way of Central Massachusetts (UWCM). Their transformative work supports over 35 local nonprofits in food security, education, family stability, health, and safety net services, helping our entire community thrive.

Our Campaign Goal and How You Can Help

We kicked off our 2025/2026 Community Giving Campaign with our Annual Golf Tournament in September. Now, we are excited to launch the next phase—and we need your help to reach our ambitious goal!

Campaign Goal: In the spirit of continuous improvement, we've set a goal of $153,000.

Show Your Support with a Pledge

You can make a difference by pledging to the UWCM through a pre-tax payroll deduction starting in 2026.

• Every pledge matters. Whether you choose a one-time contribution or a recurring weekly donation, your support is vital.
• 100% Matching! To further support your generosity, Imperial will match 100% of any new pledges or donation increases! We encourage everyone to consider increasing their pledge this year to take full advantage of this match.

Supporting Your Local Community

If you live outside of Central Massachusetts, you can designate your gift to your local United Way chapter, ensuring your contribution directly helps the community where you live and work.

If you have an agency that holds a special place in your heart, you can designate your gift to go directly to that agency when you pledge! 

Recognition Tiers and Incentives Your commitment to the community is deeply valued, and we want to recognize your generosity with exclusive rewards:

• Partner Donor: If you donate between $260 - $519 per year– You will receive a T-shirt
• Leadership Donor: If you donate between $520 - $1,039 per year – You will receive a new embroidered sweatshirt. If this is the first time you pledge at the Leadership Donor level, you will receive one floating holiday. If you are currently pledging at Leadership Donor level and increase by 10%, you will receive one floating holiday, or if you increase by 20%, you will receive two floating holidays.
• Chairman’s Circle: If you donate $1,040 per year or more – You will receive a new embroidered sweatshirt. If this is the first time you pledge at the Chairmans Circle level, you will receive two floating holidays. If you are a current Chairman’s Circle Donor and increase by 10%, you will receive one floating holiday, or if you increase by 20%, you will receive two floating holidays
