A Message from Michael and Naomi Sleeper

Dear Imperial Team:

As we approach the holiday season, we’re reminded of the values that make Imperial such a special place—our commitment to do right every day, continuously improve, and support our communities that have supported us for over 85 years.

Our roots run deep in Central Massachusetts, and we are more committed than ever to giving back to our community. That’s why we continue our partnership with the United Way of Central Massachusetts. Their transformative work supports over 35 local nonprofits across education, family stability, health, and safety net services—ensuring our community has the resources it needs to thrive.

2024 Community Giving

As part of our 2024 Community Giving Campaign to benefit the United Way, we kicked off our fundraising efforts with our Annual Golf Tournament in September. Now, we are excited to launch the next phase of the campaign, and we need your help to make it a success!

Campaign Goal In the spirit of improvement, we have set a campaign goal of $165,000.

How Can You Help? You can show your support by making a pledge to the United Way of Central MA through payroll deduction starting in 2025. Whether you choose a one-time contribution or a recurring weekly donation, every pledge makes a difference. We encourage everyone to consider increasing your pledge this year. To further support your generosity, Imperial will match 100% of any new pledges or donation increases!

Supporting Your Local Community- If you are a team member living outside of Central Massachusetts, we will make sure your donation can stay local to the community where you live and work. You can designate your gift to your local United Way chapter, ensuring that your contribution directly benefits the community you call home.

This year, we’ve also introduced two new giving tiers to recognize your commitment to the community:

· Partner Donor: If you donate between $265 - $529 per year– You will receive a T-shirt

· Leadership Donor: If you donate between $530 - $1,059 per year – You will receive an insulated puffer jacket. If this is the first time you pledge at the Leadership Donor level, you will receive one floating holiday. If you are currently pledging at Leadership Donor level and increase by 10%, you will receive one floating holiday, or if you increase by 20%, you will receive two floating holidays.

· Chairman’s Circle: If you donate $1,060 per year or more – You will receive an insulated puffer jacket. If this is the first time you pledge at the Chairman's Circle level, you will receive two floating holidays. If you are a current Chairman’s Circle Donor and increase by 10%, you will receive one floating holiday, or if you increase by 20%, you will receive two floating holidays

No donation is too small—every contribution, no matter the size, helps the United Way continue their vital work in our community. Thank you for your generosity and support. Together, we can make a real difference in the lives of those who need it most.
